Black Beaded Tribal
What kind of tattoo do you have?

Does it make sense? I have a tribal band w / beads around my rt. arm w / 3 Red and Black Feathers each has a drop at the ends birthstones representing my children.

In the arm with names of my children, with three cherry blossoms blowing in "wind" all the way up my arm, and above their names is a lotus flower with a sun rising from the top of it, to the shoulder. This is the meaning: The cherry blossoms in the wind are the three of us, and how life is short and fragile as the flower of the cherry blossoms. (I've also heard that 5 petals represents luck, like a four leaf clover). The lotus flower, for me, symbolizes purity of heart and mind, and the "dawn of a new day" and the flower closes at night and opens every morning. And, of course, the sun symbolizes a new day, the Renaissance. I got it when I was a huge change life for the better for my children and me. The person who used to be is here, and that's good. Yes, I know I have things both Japanese and Indians in the same tattoo but it's mine, and is significant for me! Oh, and my back have huge purple wings with the words "said" hidden at the top the wings. (Some people see them, some do not) because purple is my favorite color, wings, because I went through a phase of an angel in my life when I know that angels were sending me a message to change my life, and words are the title of a song by Collective Soul. Admittedly, I'm not a big fan of Collective Soul but if you ever read the letters, I understand it's a great song, and keeps me strong. I have others but those are my favorites. Whew! Sorry, what happened long …
