How can I fix my DVD-rom? It plays pink and yellow, blue light.?
My DVD-ROM used to play fine. PC crashed, reinstalled XP, DVD-ROM sftware reinstalled, now plays dvd pink, yellow. Caught on DVD-ROM and put a new one. It's the same thing. Seen in various support websites for updates and drivers, but I do not know for yourself what is the problem. Please help.
