What causes a blue liquid out of the end of the plug the power cord of my oldest knife?
This has happened to several plug-ins I have owned. How can you be blue liquid inside the plug-in? Is it some kind of disintegration of the copper wiring?
Color blue is green from copper oxide. It must have been damp and a small amount of oil in the contacts and caused some oxidation.
