ok, so im in brazil right now and in a week from now im going to this 3 day b-day party and almost everyone in the grade is going. its brazil so all the girls wears bikini’s and it would be really weird if i dont. i have a little excess fat all around my body but particularly my legs. what excersises should i do without getting all bulky? plus i’m 153.5 cm tall and about 42.65 kg

since you are 13 and weigh well nothing really I’d just try to enjoy your youth instead and try not to get blown away by a gust of wind
