Living in a haunted house has become second nature to Tim McMahon of Geelong, Australia, although admits that sometimes the resident spirits still surprised sometimes.
The 27-year-old said his family moved to the house in May 1989, at 8 years old and for the first three months everything seemed fine.
"Then, sometime in August, in broad daylight, Amelia first appeared to me time, "he said.
Tim, now a writer, artist and part-time student, explained that he used to call the ghost just a ghost " but then decided it might not be appropriate, so that gave him a name. He added that the first time I laid eyes on it, looked very real.
"When I first looked like a living person. She was not transparent or anything like that. In his first appearance, Amelia would have been about five feet five inches tall. Tim admitted that the experience was frightening.
"I think the only reason I was afraid was because he knew who he was. I became even more afraid when suddenly disappeared. "
As if that was not enough to confuse a child, Tim soon discovered that Amelia was not the indwelling spirit only.

The ghost shook Tim further.
"I remember I was terrified of him As a child, "he said." How that stood at the end of my bed. Then he bent over the bed, so I was almost face to face with me and I only freeze petrified. As I got older, I hid under the covers and hope that he would leave. "
Apart from appearing to Tim, the ghosts resident had a couple of tricks up his sleeve, and proverbial.
"For example, I got an e-piano keyboard for my 13th birthday. Shortly thereafter, at night, I was trying to sleep and the keyboard lights up for himself and played the song Beautiful Dreamer. I got up, turned on the light and music stopped playing. I looked at the keyboard and not even turned on! "
That first night of music became many, he said.
"The keyboard continued to play like every night for years, until finally lost it and yelled STOP! The funny thing is that made him stop. She never did return to play after that. "
Tim said he was scared and he sold the keyboard soon after.
In another incident, Tim explained that he had a few hardcover books twenty lying on the chest of drawers.
"I was about to go to bed when I heard this loud whooshing noise and then a lot of things hit the wall in opposite side of the room where I was lying in bed. I quickly got out of bed and lit the light to see all twenty books scattered on the floor against the wall on the opposite side of the room. "
Over the years, Tim did not say all the ghostly activity have been so disturbing.
"Amelia also helped me throughout my life, "he said." I remember always late for school bus after returning I would like to brush teeth all my clothes were established by my bed ready for me to wear. Mom was asleep at the time. I could hear (his) snoring from the bathroom and my dad was at work … "
When Tim was 18, said the two ghostly figures appeared together.
"In 1999, Amelia saw (and) she was not alone. The creepy male fantasy with her, but does not seem to like. "
He added that his appearance seemed to have changed.
"They were now semi-transparent and glowing with a bright blue and black for them. "
Tim had lost some of her fear and decided that it could be the right time to approach to them, "but as I began to fade until they disappear completely.
Today, Tim is a writer, artist and part-time student, who still lives in the same house. While still male fantasy "Drag me out," said Amelia despite ongoing antics.

Since experiencing what he calls an awakening "mental" in 2005, Tim said he and his partner Amelia is not so nice all the time. As well, he said there are "rare blue orbs" in the house.

Tim said he has tried to find out more about the house that has been home to the spirits for so long.

Tim said he has found "rotten old horse and wagon wheels buried in the backyard and what appears to be pieces of rusted chicken wire, bones of various animals large and small all buried in approximately the same place. "
Tim explained that the marshes were later filled and farms were razed in the '30s or '40s.
"The new state became a government commission estate which was built in 1949 … My house was rented for many years until it was sold to the public sometime during the 1960s. "
Since then, he said the house changed hands many times.
"The Greene family were living in our last house before we moved … It is strange to be here for just over six years. "
Tim said that is what is called 'round', as it can easily take the emotions, ideas and even thoughts of others. Furthermore, said he has visions that often hit without warning. He calls them "flash forwards" and said that sometimes can be frightening. However, he added "always come true." It is also apparently able to locate the bi-being in two places at once.
